BLOG - Fostering Leadership Resilience in a VUCA World

This was our first attempt at using ChatGPT to generate the initial outline with supporting ideas. The video script required extensive copyediting and revision for it to maintain good readability and flow, which I played a substantial role in. The lead magnet text was also initially generated with ChatGPT but needed a lot of editing for it to be concise. The lead magnet was originally just going to be an assessment for self-awareness but I suggested that since most of the questions were asked with a positive premise ("Do you do these [good things]?" that we score it and use the scoring as a way to give them next action steps. For each of the scoring categories there were specially catered CTAs with a primary focus on selling the IMPACT® Leadership Program.
